Yea make the upper brackets a little wider for the gussets like already mentioned. Also, with suicidedoors gussets i flipped them a certain way and the angle was almost dead on to the angle of my lower bracket all the way up.. dunno if that was planned or not but was awesome lol.

for the upper's length, compress the bag and hold it in place with enough clearance between it and the frame, measure from the bolts to the frame, and cut your bracket a little longer. test fit it, trim off what you need to.

ricky did u do anything to ur balljoints?
what angle are u talking about doesnt it change as the lower arm travels? or do I set it so its level at the highest point aired up?

I didnt do anything to my balljoints. The angle I'm talking about is, when you have the lower bracket (circle plate) on the lower control arm. You jack it up and it will be at an angle, so you'll need to weld your upper bracket sticking off the frame at this same angle, so the bag sits straight when laid out.
