Just picked one up today and polished 2 wheels with it tonight. Going to do the other two when i get time. The difference is day and night. I used the billet polish in the small jar and my wheels look as good if not better than they did brand new.
I forgot to add that I used regular baking flour in combination with the polish.
I love mine.. I used it on my rims i bought and they sat up for 4 months in the weather and it made them look brand new... i want the mini power ball but i can find it anywhere..

sure.
step 1: clean your wheel. get all the dirt and debris off of it
step 2: apply your polish to the wheel. I just use my fingers to scoop out some polish and then rub it on the whole wheel.
step 3: break out regular old baking flour and grab a hand full and rub it on the wheel with the polish.
step 4: time for the powerball.
Heres some before and after pics (note that the light source was not changed between pics)

after
also note that i had to turn off my tv for the second picture because you could see the tv reflection in the wheel.
heres another. this pic is with all the lights off just the light from the tv.
