Anyone with an EDC on Caprice/Impala?

has anyone put one on a lt1?

i didnt think you could mount a york on its side

yeah it's a bracket i bought from kilbyenterprises.com, they deal with off road stuff. it where i got those hard to find serpentine clutches for yorks, check em out they have great tech people and fast shipping. it's a custom made bracket for 89-96 chevy small blocks, it bolts right up to where my stock a/c used to be. to me a york was more important than a/c.

and you probobly could put one on a lt1 if you want to sacrifice a/c like i did. but i'm not positive

On a LT1 the AC is down in the lower passenger side corner. the ac compressor itself barely fits down there, can't imagine sliding a york down there. Time to hit the impala forums to find out.
