I wrote Audiobahn in December and was told they would sponsor my Blazer. The details could not be worked out till after CES. Their representative contacted me after CES and sent the required paperwork and I returned it. I was told everything was a go and equipment would be shipped the next day.
I had to hold up completing my interior till I received the product so I could build boxes and racks, etc. One week went by, then two, then three. I tried contacting Audiobahn through email and by leaving voice mail. They didn't even have the decency to tell me whether the deal was still a go or not.
I wrote the entire email list on their website and within two hours I received an email stating everything was till on track, but their warehouse was empty! They equipment would be shipped out soon. They were sorry for not contacting me earlier.
Another two weeks goes by and I get this email, "I have been talking with my boss a lot about the situation with us not having any products in stock. And he has decided to put the sponsorship department on hold until later in the year when we actually have product in stock. So at this time I can not get anyone any product. I am truly sorry for all the delays and the inconvenience I know you are on some deadlines with the blazer and right now we will just not be able to work with you on meeting those."
I have done next to nothing waiting on them for months I will never buy another piece of Audiobahn equipment ever again. If you are counting on Audiobahn for anything I would be careful you don't get the same service I did.
