anyone use audoibahn eternal subs?

ive installed those subs per customer request,built a sexy enclosre wrapping around his trunk ,painted it candy blue ,custom floating amp rack custom rear deck ,they sounded terrible ,customer thought it was us and how we built the box ,so i had him pick any sub out stuck one in sound great l will nether use that crap in my store ,they should try spending r and d money on subs that work ,not look pretty

I have been selling and installing Audiobahn for about 4 years now. I will admit on all points that last year they had horrible stock issues. THe plant they used in china to build thier boards closed. SO they were subcontracting.

Now on other points...

"they suck had 2 12s with 500 goin 2 each 2 didnt last me a week"

Sounds to me like you were WAY under powering the subs. They give you a wattage on the sub for a reason. 500 watts on 2 audiobahn 12's isnt even close to ANY audiobahn RMS besides the entry level. And if they were entry level that means you probably were trying to push them like an eternal.

On the sponsorship point. Once again. They had a plant close. All year they had trouble getting ampos and subs out.

The Eternal is a great sub to run. Installed in a CORRECTLY BUILD BOX. You will love them. We have 4 in out expedition with 1800 watts per pair. Loudest damn 4 12's i've heard.

But for the bang for your buck look into the Audiobahn 1200N's OR 1200V's little more affordable, take less space for a box, damn loud..

I would go with audiobahn myself because if you look into the other brands "Rockford,MA audio,MTX" the technology is the same they have been using since the 80's. Sub design has went far since then.Audiobahn redesigns thier whole like every 2 years. Tells you someone cares about keeping tech. advancing.

Thats my insider info on the whole subject. Take it or leave it...
