k i was told that u can lay body with out a bodydrop. is this bs or not.cuz if its not how can u

you can get damn low by Zing the frame and/or sectioning the front crossmember

this is my truck after the "Z"

you also need to cut a 2 foot secion out of the bottom of the frame under the floor about where your feet are. thats the only place on the 73-87 frame thats lower than the body.

u cut the frame by the firewall. & bring the front of the frame up & weld it

ur gonna need 2 1/2" Z in order to get that front crossmember level with the frame

how much has to be cut off of the bottom of the frame under the cab? I've heard 2.5 inches. But I measured and it looks closer to an inch! So how much?
