Josh, does that book explain hammer and dolly techniques? thats really what I'm looking for... I know its all part of the trade but to get the basics such as, where to start from the impact, if so I would love to purchase it.

yeah I will continue to do my own body work because I've already put about 1300 into my shop just to do my first project. IR aircompressor IR sanders and sandpaper a Lincoln 155 electric mig... tons of money and now I want to be able to not only do my projects properly but hook up my boys that want their ride clean shavin...

you mig isn't flux cored is it?naw the book doesn't cover dolly and hammer tricks,but check this site out Click Herethis place has got tons of books and dvd to help you out

you will def find what your looking for in there,check out there prices then go see if amazon has them for cheaper,thats what i do

THERES ANOTHER TRICK SOME OLD SCHOOL GUYS HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT FOR SHRINKING OUT SMALL DINGS AND WAVES IS HEAT IT TO WHERE IT STARTS TO TURN A DEEP RED THEN COOL IT RAPIDLY WITH ICE OR A CHILLED WET RAG.
I'VE NEVER DONE THIS BUT I'VE HAD MORE THAN ONE BODY GUY DESCRIBE THE PROCESS TO ME.

my welder is flux core/ mig.... I'm capable of using gass and use the mig or elecric and do the flux core. why?

flux isn't the best for body work,i would def. try and get the gas hooked up

i found that the best way to get body work done is to get the hookup with someone thats good and pay him to do it thats what i do
