First off... Throw The Phucking Rubber ended Hammer in the damn trash.. You need the right shit if your going to get anything accomplished. You cant just pick up a hammer and dolly and go out and beat the shit out of somthing and expect to get results.. it takes time and and tons of pracitice to get some good experince behind you before you get good, and Tools and Technique make all the diff.. Might read this article to see if it kinda gives you any more info on the basic idea of thingshttp://www.metalshapers.org/tips/covell/and Flux Core burns a lil to hot and dirty to be doing any kind of body work with unless you like your pannels to look like ocean waves. convert to gas and get the temp. down, and all over better and cleaner and more concintrated welds.. You might try to get the right stuff rounded up.. im not saying you need a $400 set of hammers and dollys you can get an OK set to start out with and learn with for under $100. Get some old fenders from a junk yard or something and practice on them befor you go to beating the hell out of anything. You can recreate hail dings and creases pretty easy to practice on. and as far as heat shinking anything get good at the other stuff before you even try to do it. you can end up warping more shit than you can fix or burn a hole in the pannel. They also make tons of diffrent shrinking hammers.. and if your looking for a good book to learn from you might try and get a hold of an AutoBody Collion Repair Book from a Tech Schhol..

In my experience most of the time metal warps it always seems to shrink so maybe those arent high spots its just the other spots are low
