i think ranger would be a better idea. most of the customers you would have would be interested for s10 sfbds and in that case alot of them plan on using the stock front frame anyway. also in that case they would still have to build a frame from the firewall back, yeah it would be easier to mate a tube chassis with a tube front section but, if they have the ability to install your front clip they will also have the ability to use the stock one. maybe try somthing for rangers to convert to control arms instead of ibeams and allows you to use less expensive parts and a wider variety of parts.

hey, i like that front clip alot its really sharp i have a friend who we bilt his frame from about the firewall back out of 2x4 and i asked them why they didn't want to build the front frame rails too and they said it would be to hard, but i really dont think it would and was wondering really how hard you think it is to get the steering right because to me that would be the hardest part other than getting it straight and the width correct.

well your friend is correct it is very difficult getting all the control arms geometry right and getting all the specs to make it the same as stock.
