SD 5-Link problem

k guys need som help in the middle of my install for my 5-link first I got the wrong diff bracket no problem ricky hooked me up there. Now I am running into the dreaded shock/gas tank issue. I have looked over all the threads in here about it and some people have been able to do it, but my notch is already in so that option is out. I have been searching for a steel tank, now I found one for an 01' but my emmisions is different on the 02' so the shyte doesn't match up so did they make a steel tank for an 02/02? what else can I do now besides get a cell made? the tanks is pushed as far forward as it can be. The only option we are looking at now is flippeing the shocks to the rear or mounting tabs off the notch itself, the downside to that is it would interfear with throwing sides. if I go to the rear need to get new shocks but thats no big deal so sorry about the long ass thread but it is getting to do or die time. thanks again.

the perils of bolt on kits.

thats ok I will feel comfortable with my bolt in kit as long as I am not rolling down the street with racing stripes that went out quite awhile ago and will never reappear in the scene again.

god forbid you break out a welder and fab up shock mounts.

Carful. He may have to get bolt on shock tabs.

he should prolly also pick up the bolt on BD from suicide doors.
