Whats up guys, we are re-doing the back of my buddys truck and the pinion angle is off by alot, We are trying to figure out where we are supposed to make the hogs head completly straight. Are we supposed to lay it out and adjust or are we supposed to adjust it from ride height? thanks in advance.

i have a question with pinion angle too maybe someone can answer mine.... I just slammed my 05 ram and my rear diff looks like its way off do i adjust the angle by eye and leave it at that or should i get the thing that actually measures it i know there some kinda tool but ive never seen or heard what it is called but i know there is one....

ride height is where it should be done at. If your trans. is 2 degress positive then your pinion should be complete opposite 2 degrees negative.
