DUI (that sucks)

ok get a court appointed lawer that way your not out money for a lawer plus it gives the state a few more weeks to fuck somethang up but if you blow your guilty bro no way around it so just remember to kiss the judges ass and maybe he will go easy on you

when I got mine i just went to court plead guilty(lawyer or not the numbers on on paper) and paid the 250 fine, took the dui class(650) and went back and got my l's for $143.00 had about a g tied up in it. other people i know get a laywer and all that shit and still do what i had to do but on top of that g they paid a lawyer another 2500.

i have never had a DUI, but when i got my reckelss driving charge, and talked to my lawyer, he said they will treat it like a dui, and in the end, i got a 90 day suspended license, a week in the slammer, about 10 grand in fines, i had 2.5 years of probation, i had to go to a defensive driving class, and i am still to this day, carrying an sr22 on my reccord. plus i got 2 nasty tickets out of the deal. a criminal midemenor for reckelss driving, and a criminal misdemenor for speed racing.

as an AVID Dui-cop, shame on you. BUT, people do make mistakes, thank god you and anyone else that could have been involved are okay and safe.

Dui's can cost anywhere from $5K-20K depending on how many priors and how good the attorney is. Penalties vary from state to state. FL is rather lame as far as DUI's, they are VERY easy to fight. If this happened in FL, there are tons of ways out...

I just wish you people would get it, that drinking and driving is not funny, or cool!!!!! I mean look at the facts. People that drink and drive cause accidents, and death!!! What's so fun about that??? If you go out drinking, DON'T FRIGGIN" DRIVEEE!!!! How F'n simple is that. Geeeesh, it ain't that hard to do.

DONT DRINK AND DRIVE!!! anyway I got one acouple years ago its a total pain in the scrotum. choose lawyers wisely, search online and shit, find one that knows the judges, mine cost $1200 and got me off almost scot free, got a PBJ. $200 fine, year and half probation, 1 AA meeting, and a MADD meeting. learned my lesson though.
