Alright all u ViAir geniuses i got a major issue....

Alright ive been runnin Viairs for a long ass time and im stumped on this one for some reason ive got 2 new 380s adn for some reason they wont pump over 160 they go to 160 and jus get hella fuckin hot and go on theyre thermal switch. any one that this has happen too or any advice, also these things usta be hella fast the first 2 weeks and now it takes about 30mins from 120-160 and i only have a 5 gallon tank. sweet huh.

time to rebuild. How long have you had them?

ive got one that about 6months and another thats about 2weeks. adn the 6month old one blew the viair check valve so i put another one on it and it chill now.

if you can fit it, i would go for a york, and all those problems go away. i think it could be a bad egg.

weird u say something about my relays cuz last week i blew one went bad i dunno it went out, then next day my other one went out, i replacedthem and since then all hells been breakin loose ive never had this many probs wit viairs

i have 2 450's i know there not the 380 but i have a s55 relay running both them no probs outta it.

I have a viair 480 and have never ran a relay...EVER! I dont know about relay's. Everyone i know has burned em up. My 480 runs good it pumps the 200psi and no problems. Try not using a relay at all and see how that works.
