Alright all u ViAir geniuses i got a major issue....

how do you have them mounted?

if they are laying on their side it can fuck them up

Well Sean i'm glad you've never had any problems without a relay...But i DONT RECOMMEND IT!I'm runnin two 380's any using a starter sileniod for like a tractor or something i dunno its universal...But anyway runnin both thru that and it works greatWit the two 380's i go from 0-150 in like 5 minutes no joke!I was shocked...But i dunno man, like Bret said, the way they're mounted CAN make a difference...By the symptoms it honestly sounds like re-buld time to me....But as new as they are that dont' make sense!

Mine arent laying on their side, but mounted sideways to a framerail. I hooked them up and moved them around and it didnt seem to matter how much air it put out at different positions. I did use the Viair relay and I think it was crappin on me. Where is the best place to get a rebuild kit and how hard is it to rebuild??

I had that problem before. Nothing to do with the relay. My problem was the check valve in the leader hose was leaking and not letting the tank get to the right PSI. All it would do is keep pumping till it overheated.Changed the Viair leader hose and they worked perfect. Sounds like the same problem you have. Hope it helps...
