just moving the stock one is pretty simple once all the clutter is out of the way. the bracket that mounts the clutch and master cylinder will have to be cut in half so you can move the two independently of each other, stock its one piece. decide where you want to move it to, either cut new holes using a template of the stock mounting holes or cut out thae area it originally was mounted to and move it, fill the holes where it used to be and its moved. i cut my clutch pedal off near the hinge point and did what I could to get it back to the stock location relative to the gas and brake pedals. it works perfectly and feels stock and was pretty easy to do. I was able to use my stock clutch and master cylinder and just moved them both up and over. i probably just confused you more now with my explanation.

oh yes since I moved mine upward the hollow cowl area had to be cut out, so before the holes were filled you could lookd down through the vents in the cowl and see the pedal area, if that makes sense.

heres a good way of doing it. i was shown this. theres a lil more involved but maybe ull ge t the idea the red is what u cut out.then re weld the top mounting plate. now ull have a inch more room to move it up , ill also have to cut the full back plate that bolts to the firewall to separate the clutch form the booster and so on, since the booster also is mounted to it. but this may help soemone out more im goign to use this method to raise it up on the firewall. thanks guys.

U CAN ALSO USE A CYLINDER OFF OF AN 86 YOTA,THEY ARE MUCH SHORTER AND MOUNT RIGHT UP LIKE ORIGINAL.
