puting on air bag

i have a o1 ford ranger i just bought a set of bags and a paralle bars for the back from airbagit.com can eny one help by giving tips on how to put them on like what to cut out and mod and other stuff i will need to buy

There are alot of things to do. I'd start by making sure this truck can be out of commission for awhile and take the bed off.

Buy the rest of your stuff from someone else would be the best tip.

I have heard many things about body dropping and bagging my 88 ranger. Some say that it is not possible because of the wierd I-Beams for the front end. Has anyone done this?? and if so tell me if its possible

ok here goes...

Yes an i beam suspension can be bagged.
Yes it is a pain.
Yes it takes a bit of work to get a fair amount of lift
Yes your truck can be body dropped.
With questions like yours....
No you shouldnt tackle it on your own...

at least have someone there with you who has bagged a ranger before. its a hell of a learning experience. (speaking from experience)

its not to bad till you get over 18 in wheels lol.

i would hire a shop to do it.... but i am a lil low on money with no 3 link or 4link

i would try to return all of it and suck up the restock fees or sell it because in the long run it will most likely fail because that company makes the WORST suspension components on the market. Get bags and shit from minitrucker owned places like suicide doors, gravity works, silverstar customs, fbi, avs. etc you get the idea.

Does ne 1 have a site with would help me out a lot on bagging my 88 ranger???
