has anyone had trouble w the uppers being to short? have 18 inch wheels and im pretty sure the ball joints up top are locking up when laying out.when i shim the upper arm the frame will get closer to the ground as i shim more so thats why i think there too short.

mine are workin sweet as so far, with stock wheels and tyres as well, and from what i can gather, these are the same size as the 18s i wanna run

He's been trying to figure out what to do... but we havnt come up with anything much yet... figured it was just an issue with my arms, its almost a relief to see someone else is having the problem too.

They should lay 20's no prob and im like 2" from that! (with drop spindles)

Give him a call and let him know whats goin on with yours. I've already emailed him the link to this thread.

mine would probably lay on that too... but anything moer and the ball joints bind, they should lay a 20" no problem.

coreys balljoints are binding at lift too...and not all that much lift. changing the balljoint angle would only make them bind sooner at lift.
