S-10 ? 94 and up

(toadfrog17) hey will it make any lights turn on in the dash ? like the abs light or any check engine lights

abs light comes on but just pull the bulb and your good

If you really don't wanna take out the ABS unit, what I did was remove the inner fender and then make a bracket that comes off the frame. I bent a piece of piping which came off the side of the frame and supported a plate which the ABS unit bolted up to. Then I took out my windshield washer tank since I shaved the squirters.

What kind of control arms are you guys using, i got AirRide arms and my crossmember is within 3/4 - 1 in of touchin...this pic is in my driveway and it had just a little arc in the gravel on 235/40/18s



here is on asphalt, which the frame below the lip of where the wheels are which is what im thinkin to be 1 1/2" of sidewall

that second picture look like were im @ but i got stock control arms

I just went out and measured, its 1 in from what i can see, but air pressure in the tires could effect that...my bad

i'm running stock control arms and mine actually does lay out, there is that crossmember for the tranny that's only lower than the frame on one side of the frame. my truck sits flat on the....but i also put a small notch in the frame where that bump-stop thing is on the control arm that won't let you lay out. but i am using my stock wheels for now, but i measured an 18 with a tire and the tire i have on my truck is the same physical size as an 18x7 rim with a 35 or 40 series tire on it.....where's the best place to get wheels for an s10? i haven't been able to find much....
