I say do it. any dd problems are going to come from your suspension not the body drop. not like you are going to bust your bodydrop while driving down the road. if you can dd it bagged, then do it. also on here is cris collins, he drives his fs chevy on 22's pretty much daily since he got it back together. and when i get my s10 done i am going to drive it at least 3 days a week

Ive had my truck bodydropped for 5 years now never had a problem with the body. I dont drive mine everday, but i could. your more likely to have problems over time with the suspention as it wears than the body. Oh yea youll need some inner fenders for the rainy day driving

ok, so whats a good price to have a truck Body dropped? no im not doing it my self, i work to much and would never get it done. so im thinking around $6-8k for the boddy drop "I have all the air suspension parts already" what do you think it would cost?

depends on if you raise the floor or cut the frame down to what many call a "stock floor" even though the trans hump has to be raised....i would have it channeled at fab worx in fresno.....good work and a channel wont cost much and it will get done faster and you dont have to worry about drivetrain wear if somebody fucks up the frame work and you can still keep the stock exhaust under the cab and so many more benefits, drop the frames body mounts then raise the middle floor....best drop around no doubt especially on a simple brand new daily
