well this weekend i pulled up the carpet on my Astro and noticed it's a little rusty! whats a good way to get rid of it and seal it up from rusting again! any sanding required?>

As long as its just surface rust and not rotted, you can clean it up hit it with some sand paper or scotch brite pads and put some POR15 on it.

Por15 will work great if its just surface rust and not rusted through. www.por15.com and you can get it on ebay too

ok,so once i take care of the floor problom where is a good place to get the heat foam for under the carpet? and is there anything else i can put under the carpet to reduce the noise?>

dynamat or go the your local upholstery shopand get some heat foam.

or go to your local junkyard and pull some of the heat foam stuff out of a wrecked car it would be much cheaper. try to find a high end car to pull it out of.
