3/8th's SMC valves acting wierd

sounds like that may be the problem then because i am running a 180 psi pressure switch not a 150 like i thought. sounds simple enough bit doesnt make sense to me if they are rated at 200 psi that should be the safe pressure and they should work at more than that but i dont see 180 being to much pressure for them.

so what size pressure switch are you running to correct the problem?

Ive got eight valves and only four do it the others always work just fine and i am running a 200 psi pressure switch . They always raise with ease they just dont dump so easily . ( and yes they are in the correct order)
