if it is under 2 degrees, i doubt you would notice it with out a level. mate, if you are ok with wheel pickup round corners, remind me never to come visit your town... its unsafe at any speed, especially if the road is damp

The only way you are going to be able to get no camber layed out, and not get positive camber raised up, (no camber change at all) is for the control arms to be the exact same length and distance apart at each end. To do this, you will need to change both arms, and their mounting points. There is also a reason it is set up that way, you need a small bit of camber change to be able to drive safely, not just at high speeds. A small amount of negative camber layed out looks and functions way better than positive camber when it is lifted. If it is a big deal to you, go get some graph paper and do some measurments and plot out what would be the best combo for you, and have someone make a set of arms. Front suspension geometry can get complicated, there are a ton of things to take into consideration when you start messing with it.
