I talked to Blake from GC recently and I'm pretty sure he mentioned several times how we shouldn't use any type of lubricant in the valves. I think because certain lubes and all can damage the diaphrams and other parts.
I'd definitely contact him and get his input.. or possibly discuss exchanging the valves. He's a cool guy and down to help out when theres ever a problem with GC valves.

you know ricky, ive heard that as well but ive had some gc's with ;compressor oil running through them on occasion and they have not leaked more than a few times in the past year or almost even 2 now, so i guess this means what they say is not the only solution. but hey, follow the rules or youll void the warrantee.
yea i know what you mean, ive un-stuck a few old valves too with gallons of air tool oil & WD i was just letting him know just in case since he mentioned them being new, and fixing them himself might not be necessary since Blake would probably warranty them.
