arcrylic enamel, that shit sux, i just used that on an engine compartment. what some shit. i never used it before.

some gray scotch brite pads and some ppg final scuff might be better thatn sanding. it wouldnt sand the mettalic or pearl out, that might make it appear blotchy.

Washing with some scuff and clean and a scotch brite is an option. But Id feel alot safer if I just wetsanded it. If at all possible, you should try to let it dry for a week or so longer than you already have. Sit it out in the sun as much as possible.

Charlie on Amaerican Hotrod used Polyurethane single stage which is same as clearcoat but its colored. On all solid colors red/black/white etc with no metallic i love to use the p[olyurethane single stage let dry few days wetsand with 600 then clear makes for a deep ass finish.............
