I'm getting ready to bag my mazda and i want to set it up to lay on 20's. I wanted to know what all needs to be done to lay the front flat on the ground

hey devin it dosnt look like it lays out is that just the pics or dose it not lay out completely

you can do it with all stock components, but its kinda a bitch. when i did my old mazda i used drop spindles. prepare to do a lot of cutting too. and if you plan on bodydroppping it, tub your firewall more. i had to notch my lower control arm too. its just a lot of measuring and cutting. i laid mine out on 255 35 r20's so they were pretty tall. with mine layin on the pinch, the tire when up to were your stock wiring harness goes through the firewall. but if you dont plan on bodydropping it, you wont have to tub it as far as i did

hey devin it dosnt look like it lays out is that just the pics or dose it not lay out completely originally it wassuppose to be a daily driver on 18s so it was bagged and a 2" bd . then he bought 20s so i had to rework a few minor things and put drop spindles in, its lays front x member pretty hard and the frame rails wont quite lay in the front cause of the X member but i think i might tweek that a bit , but right now its laying pinch nice and level front to rear. it was alot of work but it can be done with stock control arms. today i'm workin on the 2" chop top , windshiueld layed back and right now i'm takin the 2" outta the Bpillars , should be new pics up by friday hopefully

devin, why not raise that front x-member up a bit... I raised mine and notched the top of it for oil pan clearance.
