I have a 1977 Lincoln Continental Coupe (one of the rare true continentals, not a Mark V) and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how to get a 2" drop out of the suspension without cutting springs? Plan on mounting chrome side-pipes under the rocker panels so I'm not looking to lay frame as it would crush the exhaust and roast the motor in the process. Any sites that sell lowering springs or bag kits for this car would be much appreciated, and I'm not sure but I think the car has the same suspension set up as Mark Vs of similar years so drop kits for those might work too? All four corners are coil spring suspended if that helps.
