Alright I Have a 1990 Dodge Dakota im starting to work on...1st step..bags of course..i have a notch conitech bags all brackets ..i will be running a 4 link with the bags over the axle with a bridge..a 7 gallon tank and "The Big Unit" compressor..with 1/2 inch valves and water traps on the tank..im alsogonna run one of those things to slow down the 1//2 inch dump cuz i want ti to raise fast but dump slow..i forget what there called..but basically what im asking is what are the little things uy run into ewith all trucks that are on the dakota..to lay frmes on an eventual 19-20 inch combo or 19s all around im not sure...but right now its stock wheels..so what extra little things does the dakota present as a problem..thanks,Corey

Hello?!?! ..Bump..help me please..

you'll probobly need control arms if you want to lay in the front. tranny x-member might have to be modified for same reason. To my knowledge no one makes custom arms for that year dakota. aside from that i don't know

hey man i bagged a 92 dakota, they suck haha, the motor cradle hangs down for one, no one makes front bag mounts for it, and the rear is really wide and you may have trouble tucking rims unless you order a special offset or narrow the rear end

Motor Cradle?? what the hell does that mean?? lol...but witht eh wide rear end are u talkin just the frame or the actual axle??

Thanks for all the help man..

the axle is wide which pushes the wheels outside of the bed rails not allowing the rims to tuck, the motor cradle, or i guess it could be a skid plate, but we had to channel it because it hung way down below the frame

well it will look sick laid out, it's just more work, but it's also not very common

dakotas are the bastard child of the automotive aftermarket. no one makes much for 'em and the companys that do make shitty parts for all years But dammit if they don't look phatter than any other truck in the parking lot when layed out.
