^^i sectioned mine 1.75 inches,welded it with a mig welder,and reinforced it a little bit.came out perfect.drive the car daily with them for about 4months and have had no problem.i also wanted the ones already made but they cost to much

i dont know how you welded cast iron with a mig welder and your driving on it.

lets see some pics of them i would love to see how you did them but if they are cast and all you did was weld them with mig they will break eventually which isn't real safe

ill get some pics pics,i ride the shit out of the car,drag and all.and there fien,cast can be welded just have to do it a certain way.

IT CAN B DONE!!!! I was told a couple secrets by a a previous ironworker how to weld to cast.my car is getting done right now!!! i will have pics up by the end of the week....keep checkin on my profile!!!

so what kinda problems did you have with the caliper? because i want them but i have power slot rotors and stock size calipers

I just had to grind a little on the tab that the caliper mounts to and the caliper so it would go all the way on. Samething with the rotor. Just grind a little cuse it rubbed in one spot. Nothing about 20 mins with the grinder couldn't take care of.
