suicide doors sells gauges that go to 200 psi, and they have a few styles to choose from!! And ya, it shouldnt hit 200 psi, just crank that press switch down to what u want, just as long as its below 200!! Good luck man, keep us posted on progress, maybe some pics?? And no prob for the tips, thats what this shit is for man!!!

it can hit 200 psi, that is what the 380 is rated at, it is made to pump 200 psi, i ran two 380s in my car for about a year with 200 psi, and they did fine

i not sure about that type of adjustable pressure switch, on the bigger ones there is a screw u turn, from the looks of the switch you have, i would guess that the blue part of the pressure switch, the part with the all the little bumpy things on it, turns, if it does that would be my guess, and most tanks are rated at 150 psi, but they can withstand alot more

I was having problems with my pressure switch it kept killing my battery during the bight so i just put a toggle switch of it and thats akk i would do. I still have the pressure switch on there so when i am driving down the freeway it will still shut of.

ok, i guss with the pressure switch the more you tighten, the less pressure it takes and shutts of the compresser sooner, the looser it is, the more pressure it can take? that should do it, i didnt know taht. thanks

just hook the pressure switch up to a fuse in the car that doesnt get power until you trun the kep over, i had mine hooked up to my radio, so the compressors would only turn on when the key was turned, also, fix your leaks the best you can and you will not have the problem of the compressors turning on in the middle of the night

Add a 200 psi pressure relief valve,to be safe.
