hahahahahahahahahaha......

I have an engine if you want it... with mounts, ecu, wiring harness, brand new block and rotors, chrome cat/presilencer (header) and tranny. $1500 plus shipping...

The engine is NOT a bolt in, you will have a lot of modifications to get it in. For the rear end you will have to do a back half.

garrick- classifieds yo....fo sale stuff belongs there. if i knew the link id hook you up

duct tape.

the RX rear is short enough to fit under a stock frame and still lay out if you c notch above the axles. How bad ass would that be to stockfloor a truck and keep a stock bed floor? Without even raising it for the body drop?

Mines in there pretty low... not to sure how much taller than the stock frame and stuff yet... but I shouldn't be needing to shallow of a box floor... shocks are going to make or break it.

wow, I love how everybody is such a smartass on this website, no wonder people get turned away from this stuff so easy.......

But, back to your question, in My opinion, it would be easier to do a back half, it's always easier for me anyway to make stuff how you want it, not trying to make it fit whats already there. You might get lucky and it fit under your stock stuff pretty good, which could be cool looking, and like was said above, keep almost all of your bedfloor. Best thing to do is just measure everything over and over, get an idea how you want it to look, and build it how you want, there are so many different ways to do an IRS, and some look and work way better than others, so look around and try to find something you like to get some ideas.

I built a back half for mine off the truck. Made it totally squared up and centered in the new frame. Then I mated the new back half to the existing frame and squared those two up. I ended up with a perfectly squared up truck- no dog legging and in good alignment- for what it is.

I would just make some mounts off the inside of the frame for the 7's rear subframe to bolt to. Make a cross member across the frame for the two rear differential mounts, come up off the frame and make strut towers, have your driveshaft modified and modify whatever lines you need.
