Trying to go with the Hoodride look huh? (1LoWMK1 on HR).

I never understood why you painted it, then stripped it. The car is badass so I guess it really doesn't matter.

I painted it to go to a show solid color. I stripped it after that because When I was doing the bodywork for te paint I noticed alot of bodyfiller. I took it down to see if it had been wrecked before.

Got a little done tonight. Took the hood/ grille off. Wipercowl off along with the wipers of coarse. Pulled the batter and tray. Got almost all of the bolts out to remove the drivers side fender before realizing that it has seam sealer holding it to the inner shell so I moved on because I was not in the mood to scrape the sealer out. Removed the headlights and surrounds. Started removing the factory airride, I got the water/ oil seperator loose as well as the valve manifold that had 5 lines going into it. Removed the factory tank that was in front of the drivers side wheel. It sounded like it was about 1/4 full of water. Also started pulling the trim off that goes around the base of the windows. While the wheel was off I looked at the factory bag setup and figured out a fairly easy way to rebag it without using the donut on a cone setup that it has. Here is a look at the start of the teardown. Hopefully it will be gutted in the next couple weeks and ready to seal...
