My 72 Cedes 300SEL on air...

Updating the thread, nothing new to the car.
When another car is finished in my garage the Cedes will get some love.

I did not touch it for a good while and it turned into a shelf for parts/ tools...

Getting the backseat/ tubs and floor ready...]

Finally got it off of the wheel dollies and took the wheels off of the passenger side for a reminder of what the suspension looks like...Front...Rear...

I pulled all of the parts out to take pictures of them for a guy that is going to buy some of them then stuffed them in the car so I can take them to him next week...Cleaned one side of the roof, I sanded it a while back but never cleaned it off...

please get it back into shape! that thing is WAY too killer to let it sit on a back burner.

neat ride. wonder what that thing would look like w/shaved handles, chopped top, and frenched headlights. wonder if anyone would be nice enough to do a quickie photoshop rendering of it. I bet it would look killer. I like how the front of the fenders look w/o the headlamp assys mounted. You have any plans for the body, or are you gonna leave it pretty much like it is?? Either way, it's a unique car. I like it. Good luck w/the build. Hope to see it completed sometime soon.

new school benz lights would look DOPE frenched in those front light "buckets" same lights they use on the 49 mercs and other rides.

a sleek two tone of the top body line, maybe black and silver, or creme and black. just some clean colors, nothing over the top with a thin pinstripe breaker. the grant fab style old school bumpers front and back with 2 rows of 8 inch led's on each side for tails/turn signals.

man.......I want one now!

How about shaved frt turn signals and markers, a custom one off vertical billet grill w/a phat azz benz emblem, and a raked windshield to go w/the chop?? This car is startin to be a project for all of us. At least in our minds, lol.
