Hell yeah, they have been illegal forever but there are like 10-25 shops that have opened in Tulsa in the last few years, they tried fining them for the first year or so but they gave up this year, they said it was a waste of time going to the shops to hand out tickets, when they could be stopping robberies and drug dealers instead of BS tattoo fines, personally I wont trust any shop in OK for a couple of years, if Im going to have something with me for life I want it to look its best, I like my artist to have alot of experience
