I was wondering what u guys think? Should i run 2 AZ's on my 12 gallon or 1 Oasis? Or would i be able to run 1 AZ on a 12 gallon? Right now i have a Viair 380 and a thomas 337 and i need something faster!!!!!!!!

power wise they will both need a 2nd battery and a good alt. to keep your charging system in good shape, the oasis will be faster BUT you will have to mount that monster some where and remeber to check the oil reg. or you will burn it up. the AZ will be slower BUT easier to mount and mantince free soo its more are you willing to check it ever feee days? and 1 AZ on 12G tank is asking to burn it up

How would 2 AZ's work with a 100amp alternator and dual batterys would that be good enough chrageing system to run 2?

Get an edc. My friend and I have had a total of 6 AZ comps go out in the last six months.

I'm running two AZ's on 12 gallons right now, and i love the set up. The two AZ's are plenty fast to keep up and are not killing my electric system. I have a single battery with a 200 amp alt.

The engiine driven would definitely be the best bet, if you can squeeze it on your Mazda. The Oasis is almost just as good, but everyone's right about the downsides- oil, current draw, etc.
The 2 Zeniths could probably be run without the dual batteries, but a better alternator will be a must. With 12 gallons, you'll want to give the AZs a rest when it's hot outside- they'll overheat and wear prematurely. Good luck!

It all depends on how much you are going to use the pumps. An engine driven is the way to go if you can fit it. The AZ is a great pump as long as you don't beat the crap out of it. The Oasis is a York compressor with a winch motor that turns it. If you go that rout, you will mos def have to upgrade your charging system.

edc for sure man, for the price of 2 az comps you can put together a very nice edc and have way more air and way more reliability

1 az on a 12 gallon would be fine i ran a blowjax dc5000 4.0 cfm, on 14 gallons for the past 4 years. The Az is suppose to be the better compressor it should have no problems. Currently I have a Oasis Hp1000 with a 200 amp alternator it runs like a champ. downside is that its hard to mount and you need to do maintenance on it.
