Sorry...out of style or not...I love tweed...get over it. I just got the truck. the whole interior (floor, headliner, dash) is wrapped and parts are dirty but not all so I was just curious as to what people are using to clean it before I decide to destroy it. Can't answer the question..don't post. To each their own.

you could try this stuff called "goof off" i dont know what your cleaning off but when i had my door panels done up in cloth there was a glue residue on the edge of the panel...stuff took it right off and didnt harm the cloth at all. it should work on tweed. if you get some, i would read the bottle to make sure.dont us goof off it will cause the adhesive to let loose if it soaks through. i even put it on a rag lightly rubbed it on and the glue still let loose i dont recommend goof off or gas, plus the smell would be bad.

Yea that just sounds scary. I may try just an old fashion interior upholstery shampooing. ....

Eagle one pro detail upholstery and carpet cleaner works like magic on stains and will not ruin your tweed... I've used it on grease stains on my tweed and you will never know it was ever there...

Ok this may sound a little scary but it work's well.Go to the car wash.Take the hose on soapy hi and soak the tweed.then vacuum up the water.then leave your window's down for a few day's.just like new and you dont get all the fuzz from rubbing the crap out of it.
