notching can be done, you can also cut the lower control arm and raise the ball joint side up however much u need it to go up. (woudn't do it more than 1.5" though) Just got to weld it back and reinforce it. I have BYC arms going on mine, but doens't look like anyone else will be getting any. (

since yer only 1/4" from laying, u could also just Z the front .5" also.

do you think that drop spendles might help...if you don't already have em on your truck.

I have the 2.6L motor in my 92 pickup. Right now im haveing to section the oil pan beacuse it lays frame and 1/4" oilpan in the front. Maybe this is your issue???

Sectioning your lowers like the pics above really helps and I bought drop spindles from Aim which also helped me out.

(I know AIM sucks but they got me my spindles in about 3 days.........)

Just trying to help out.

did those spindles push your wheels out? i read somewhere that they tend to push the wheels outwards

No. The wheels are setting fine. The only problem I had was that you had to run a 17" wheel or bigger or your wheel will hit the spindle. Bascally you cannot run your factory wheels unless you have a wheel spacer.

how much were the spindles?

I think they were 189.00 plus shipping. There not cheap. Call aim or chassistech, there all the same company.

with the chassis tech spindles your wheels will set out 5/8 of an inch further per side than they did with stock spindles.
