Hey from up north, my name is Mike. An old school hot Rodder now building a few dually tow rigs. I currently drive a 95 chevy crewcab dually, also building a 94 extended cab dually as well. The crewcab will also be on air and 22's in the near future.
My back ground is hot rods though, currently a 52 chev 2dr post, 37 chev rat rod pick up and a 63 nova gasser.
The 94 chevy dually I'm doing a frame off, static drop 5/7 drop. Going to to use it to tow my gasser to the track. I just acquired the 95 crewcab dually a month back with plans to bag it, body it and big rim conversion. She's got a 454 with 5 gear and picked it up for a sweet deal.
Anyhow I'll post some pictures here soon in the build section of my 94 and 95 build progress.
One of our issues up north (Canada) is our lack of source for parts. We have next to no suppliers for air ride kits and big rims. I've been to sema 9 years in a row and lined up some good contacts to get parts shipped but costs a fortune.
I look forward to bs'n with you guys, trade ideas and maybe meet up at a show or two down south.

Thanks for allowing me in the forum.

Here is the 94 frame all done, static drop belltech spindles and springs and rear flip kit and notch. Just waiting on the wheels to arrive. I have a LQ9 and 4L80 swap in place of the original 6.5.

I will start a build thread in the projects section. There are a lot more pictures of the build.

Nice rides just a thought if you know of any semi junk yards in your area theres a easy start for wheels or air tanks for cheap just would have to ship the wheels out to be milled unless u do it yourself or know some where close that could do them

The 94 is just getting some eagle 16", the 94 will become the tow rig and my 95 crewcab is going full out custom. We had a semi junk yard within 5 miles of us but it went outta business last year so I'm in the hunt for another place, I've got a guy that can machine the wheels down so I'm lucky there.
The crewcab will lay rockers on 22's, I looked for a couple years to find a truck in this good of shape. $2800 and 2 years of looking and finally got the truck I wanted.
