yea the re audio is junk,my cousin's truck just burnt 2 the ground cause his re audio speaker caught on fire, now he is fixing 2 take legal action.this is our conversation
Yea the dude I bought it from Tuan
http://advancedcarcreations.com/ is a coo dude...he said i'll atleast get my money back for my sub because it was warranted..but I posted on carudio.com/forum..and there all talking about taking legal action which im really thinking about doing..because if it was anything to do with wiring the coil would have burn and not the spider...so idk I wanna talk to someone and see if it would be worth pursuing you know.

well the Re audo authorized shop (innovative rides) reccommended me to vinceaudios for them to do the box and install...because innovative rides was swamped with work...the guy I bought the sub from, Tuan from Advanced Car Creations said i'll atleast get my money back for my sub if anything..but just where the fire started you can tell it wasnt due to me or wiring...something shorted out in the sub...and that spider is flammable im going to look into a lawsuit but I dont expect anything.

So I just typed a huge buletin but went to post it and it didnt go through so im having to write another and I dont feel like retyping it all but ill make it short.
I was heading to work, noticed my sub was smoking, found out my spider landing of my sub was burning(contained no flames) pulled off called the guy I bought the sub from and reported it and he told me to take it out of my truck and to let it burn out or put it out..So I called my mom told her what had happened and to get a screwdriver ready because I was coming back home, so I turned around and as I was going back the fire was getting worse and started to build flames so I decided to pull off of 770 and to disconnect the wires from the sub and poured water on it and nothing happened the water just sizzled and it was still burning so I called my mom and told her to come where I was with the screwdriver because it was getting worse. But after waiting a couple minutes the flames were getting bigger and caught the carpet of my sub box on fire and then caught the seats on fire and from there I knew there wasnt no saving it...and from there this is what ended up happening:
I dont know what to do from here I had liabilty insurance on it so that pretty much means im screwed out of any money from the insurance company. But Im wanting to talk to the company who makes the sub(Re audio) because it was definately the sub that caught fire and im looking to take legal action against the company...if anything im getting my money back from my sub because it was warranted but im not going to settle just for that..so if anyone knows anyone who can help with telling me what I should/could do let me know! I'll have more pics and videos up later so check back. Later
