apparently none of you have actually seen my truck.. its fairly obvious by the way you all are talking.. THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY TO DO WHAT I DID TO MINE IN DAYS. it will take even the best of you weeks to do what i did to mine. and no my pix do not do the truck justice. its something you need to see in person to grasp the reality of how great the truck looks. my bed would put all of those in the pix to shame. i've had many folks say my bed looks twice as nice as any out there. so you guys keep doin your 2 day hack jobs, thats why my truck will always win truck shows over you all's simpleton work..

What exactly did you do to yours????

I saw the truck at Scrapin the Coast this year and it was very nice...maybe so nice I missed the details??I really liked your truck, and thought the bed looked nice, but saw nothing extra special about the way you did it.

Again, nice truck.

so put some build up pics on photobucket and post em up here to prove that your work ls soo the shit. me personally i dont see the point of bodydropping the bed on a static dropped truck but what do i know.

Ok I have built a few custom bed bed floors in my time and i cant remember one that has taken hundreds of hours to complete. This certainly must be some piece of work. I did notice you sectioned the stock fenders around the top bed rail. I guess the pics dont do it justice. I know my way around a Tacoma and to say "oh did i mention its fully shaved" is quite a statment. From the looks of it you still have corner lights, tail lights, third brake light with a hump, mirriors and probably the lines under the rear window. So that leave the handles on doors and tailgate and the gas door. You shouldnt put other people down on a site like this unless you are ready to receive it ten fold. well keep it UP on those coilovers. Thats a first for me.

i dont even think charles armstrong put that much time into the time machines bed.

This only took me about a week. It was 10 times more work than any bed floor I have ever raised.

check out my profile we cut the whole floor out cut out the wheel wells put the floor on saw horses then placed the bed shell on top slid it in place and welded it up. A lot of mazda owners just cut the floor out build a fram from 1x1 or 2x2 and lay some 18guage steel. do what you want thats why its called customizing. :SAWZALL:

I forogt to mention we also sectioned the bed 9 inches to fit the frame of the x cab the bed was of of a standard cab mazda. when its all done the total cost will be just shy of $400 that includes the rino liner sheet metal and cost of the bed. I have enough body filler and primer to do two trucks.

I don't understand why he's saying everyone elses is hacked??? We raised my bed floor 5 1/2 inches. It ain't no hack job????? took us probaly in all like 5 hours to raise the floor, but thenm we sheeted over it!!!

Maybe you should see other peoples work in person before u say stuff about peoples trucks
