I made a 620 mile trip on 1 tank of fuel(30gal) from Tulsa back here to Chi doing 80-85 the whole way. Had to stop once, it was about 700 miles total.

yea but the thing that I DON'T UNDERSTAND Is you pay so much for a oil biproduct if it wasn't for jets and diesel engines the oil refineryswould burn it off

People are gettin' aweful quick to dump their gasoline-powered rides in favor of diesel.
I haven't done the math yet, but diesel in SoCal is averaging about 45-60 cents higher than gasoline, per gallon.
Plus, you factor in the repair cost and maintenance of ANYTHING that is diesel-powered vs. gas-powered, and I don't think diesel will have much of a cost advantage.
But they sure do make bitchin' power...
