i rolled 20z with no problem when mine was just bagged...depends how low u want the front to go...the bag mounts were adjusted to get lower a second time and there is a bolt that torn the hell outta my tires...sooo 18z if u wanna roll layed out

hes not going to be able to lay frame unless he cuts the fender wells out.....unless like he said 13" daytons.....the truth even with 17's lowered as long as possible and have an alignment will still rub the fenders on bumps

plus 98 are control arms they dont have radias arms....so that wont help....plus once he cuts the fenderwells hes gonna prolly have to extend the wires on the harness or he will rub thru it.....unless u pull them as tight as possible and zip em out the way

hes not gona be able to lay frame at all till he gets a new tranny xmember and Zs the frame. you can put whatever size wheel u want on there but u wont get hardly any drop w/ otu cutting the wheel wells.

he should be able to lay out with factory 15's and a pretty low pro tire without cutting the metal inner fenders. Any reason why he doesn't want to cut out the fenders? Mine layed out with a 235/45/R17. To get this the battery tray was rotated 90 degrees, fenders cut out, resoivoir tanks moved up. Notch for tie rods, and running djm uppers and lowers with moog ball joints.

I didn't hit my wiring harness with this setup. This will get you to lay engine crossmember and a small portion of back of the frame. If he wants to lay legitimate frame, he'll have to z the frame 2"
