fyi 215/35 18 is REAL close to the dia of a 205/40 17...

Thanks for all the help, I appreciate it. I was originally thinking 18's, but now maybe I'd like 20's. I don't use air, I ride on hydraulics so I'll make my own cylinder mounts. So I'm lookin at dropped beams, couple new crossmembers, notched frame for tie rods, camber bushings? Anything else I'm missing?

i get well enough ride height, but the steering is the major issue, beams give you way to much positive camber when you raise the truck.
