Pacesetter header?

a friend of mine had a pacesetter that leaked like a son of a.....beep.

Yea, I've heard of all kinds of crappy welding nightmares on pacesetter headers. If I baught a set I would be prepared to find someone who can weld, or chew them out and send them back.
