GAS is actually a real shop that does real customizing inhouse. They have been Galpinizing rides for years. Some really lame but others have real clean custom paint. Gives people the option of financing a semi custom ride. BUT some of the stuff they have done on pimp is just down right wrong.

so where did the term "whip" come from? Anyone care to explain?

ALL IVE SEEN IS THE STUFF ON TV. IF YOU OWN A SHOP AND DO A TV SHOW, YOU SHOULD REALLY DO GOOD WORK OR TURN DOWN THE SHOW

whips is what that fat tool up front uses to get his crew to work.he gets them to do the the work he takes credit for it lives in a huge house.i bet half the guys that take thier rides there have no clue what is being done to thier rides all they care about if it looks good for a day or 2.the funniest part of that show is how will says in the begining of the show how he used to go down to the local parking lots and clean cars to get a couple of bucks yet the only cleaning supplies they use are the amourall wipes in the bottles and a garden hose out back more than likely a bottle of dish soap to

yea did yall see the episode where that kid wanted sone work on his 350z,he wanted some interrior,wheels and tires,tv's and something else and they wanted 2 charge him like 25,000,i thought it was pretty funny

Is this place still around? When I went back home to NY his big beatiful shop on grundy ave in Ronkoncoma is now vacant and up for sale. I havent seen a new episode (not that I been looking for one). whats the deal??? I guess all his celebrity clientel finaly wised up?

he has now moved his shop down to Florida and starting out as Unique south.All new faces so i guess Reme and the boys from Ny are toast.

I love watching them build speaker boxes. Imagine the stuff that you don't seen on TV??? I would like to go there and be like hey can you guys do a stock floor bodydrop on my 08 tundra? and look at the reaction on their faces and see what numbers they come up with

and as far as GAS goes, its pretty much all MTV behind what gets done to the cars, not gas. I can't blame WCC for pulling out on the show because I bet a ton of people went there asking to put fish tanks in the back windows and tv's everywhere. anyone see their new show thats on called Street Customs?

Reme has his own shop now. As far as anybody else who knows where the are at. Reme has the ability to do some nice stuff but Will never let him. None of the guys did any impressive work for being at the best customizing shop out there. haha yeah the best at bending people over for subpar work.
