need imput!

i gotta 94 4 door dually the rear is wrecked(needs a bed) and motor is locked up so im tearing it down and startin over basically frame up. i love duallys and been wantin one forever, yet i like the look of a 4 door short bed, i been thinking about stockflooring it( never done it before) and shortning the frame and making a short bed 4 door truck, my question is i cant decide whether to convert it to half ton or just make it a short bed 4door dually, what u guys think? dos or donts cause i need help making up my mind!

I have had both and I love the dually better than any of the other truck I have ever owned. And the shortbed dually's look rediculous IMO.

They do look odd, dad just bought one and it looks sissy next to my longbed. That and you cant haul shit in the bed, and can only pull certain goosenecks.

lower,longer is the only thing you should be thinking of

i went through the same delima when building mine..... i nearly did what lock did to his blue truck and used my green bitch as the donor truck for the susp and everything.....

definately glad i changed my mind though and went dually though
