LOL! like said earlier, everything is machined out of raw components, nothing is 'from' anything and its all universal just like EVERY other kit out there. it doesnt even look like anything OEM would make.

as for which one to go with, i havnt seen a FBI kit in person, but every other kit ive seen is very small and thin compared to ours. what id really like to get is every kit and put them side by side and see whats up.

OK GENIUS.THE KITS THAT SUICIDE SELLS COME FROM CAROLINA CUSTOMS.THEY ARE A UNIVERSAL KIT AND LOOK NOTHING LIKE A SET OF FACTORY LINCOLN HINGES.DID SOMEBODY AT SUICIDE DOORS HURT UR FEELINGS OR PEE IN UR WHEATIES OR SOMETHING.B/C I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THESE GUYS FOR YEARS AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT PRODUCTS,PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THEM.AS FAR AS WHICH KIT TO GO WITH I WILL ONLY USE THE KITS FROM SUICIDE DOORS.I COULD EASILY GO BUY FROM CAROLINA CUSTOMS BUT IM GONNA SUPPORT MY FELLOW MINITRUCKERS.THATS JUST MY 2 CENTS

I have used both SD and FBI door kits and value for money i think the FBI kit kicks ass. I couldnt justify paying the extra cash for the SD kit when the FBI kit is just as good and does everything its supposed to do, no sag, tough construction and the latches and strikers that come with it were really good quality too. We have installed a number of FBI kits and they have all been 100% no dramas.

plus if u cut up a 60's lincoln just for the hinges to put on ur hoopty, then u are a focking turdhead.....

Very True.

Suicide Doors buys all there kits from Carolinacustom.com but the kit is cheaper when you buy from suicidedoors... i had to buy two kits and i bought one from both places exact same kit!!!

i used the hinges from suicide doors and i had no problems they were plenty strong enough.
