what about exhaust

Well I've decided to cut my truck up this winter and bag it

who's runnin full exhaust and how much fab went into that?

i'm still runnin full exhaust on a c notch, it wasn't too hard to make it fit.

My exhaust runs in front of the rear axle and turns down. I made 2 crossmembers with 3" holes in them for the pipes to go through and wraped the whole thing in heat wrap.

i gotta dizzle though and don't want all that soot everywhere.. wonderin if theres enough room to still get it over the axle and lay out and not look ghetto as hell

I did mine all the way back with the stock muffler then went home made from there. Mine has 2.75" out from the muffler so I bought an adapter to 3". Then I just bought a selection of 45's and 90's and a piece of straight pipe. Mine fits good and doesn't melt my floor. I don't have any pics though. For a few hundred bucks I will pull off my bed and take some though.

THen I just welded all the pieces together.

I wanna run 4", think it'll fit and not smash the tip when layed out?

spintech has them flat tip ends for the exhaust i think there about an inch thick and they come in alot of different sizes u could run it in front the rear wheel and stand the tip vertical and it wouldnt hit nuthin and u wouldnt get the fumes you get when u run turndowns, just an idea

wouldnt be a bad idea... I bet it'd turn my wheels and fenders all black though, I get a dark area now where it exits stock location

is yours a diesel? If not I would say 4" is too big. Anything will fit if you do it right, you might just have to spit on it first though lol

anyways mine runs high from the axle back then just put a turn down just behind the rollpan so you cannot see the tip or pipe from behind
