Sounds like the paint wasnt completely mixed or settled in the bottom.
sounds like you didnt use a strainer and got some paint goop stuck in the tip. i've used u-tech and had great results. it's under my blue maxima, sprayed nice and blocked out nice. make sure you have a 1.8mm tip or at least reduce the paint 10% if you're using a smaller tip.
Are you sure that's not 4:1:1. You are mixing the activator and reducer in there aren't you?? Since it's a 2K primer you will need a activator for it and it will also need a reducer.
psi in the gun? shotting to far away?

not alot of primers are 4:1:1. dont recall utech's 2k being that. my last one isnt and the one before that wad 4:1 to 10%
sounds to me like it's laying down dry. try turning up the materal and get closer the the peice your spraying.
Could be you need to clean the cap, fluid nozzle. Or you need to add a urethane reducer.
If it doesnt call for a reducer already. I would add 10% and try again. I had the same problem with some cheap primer my friend bought for his ride.
