I did a motor swap and my new motor and trans are set at a 2 degree slope, sloping downward, so will i still need to have a -3 to -5 pinion angle? So my rear end show be pointing down correct?

equal and opposite and then add some down for torque. So if your tranny points down 2, you would start with equal and opposite which would be +2 at the pinion. Then add some for torque, and you end up with 0. So with your frame level, the driveshaft should point 0 degrees, and hold that as you lift and lower the rear.
