APC used to sell one, but it didn't look that great, imo. It had a hood and grille extension that stuck out 1" to make the billet sit flush without recessing your lights, and I hear it was a pain to install and line up correctly.

t-rex makes a grill for the 99 s-10... they build it when u order it..

the laws are different every where alont with the cops, I have never had a problem with mine here in FL. Alot of times if you are doing somethign stupid they are going to pick you out of the croud and find that one thing that they know they can bust you for. So just be carefull.
